1. Introduction: This policy outlines the procedures, terms, conditions, and expectations for clients interested in hiring a photo booth from Metza Events for events such as weddings, corporate functions, private parties, or any other special occasions.
2. Booking Process:

Inquiry: Clients can contact Metza Events via phone, email, or through our website https://events.metza.co.uk to inquire about availability and services.

Quotation: After discussing the event details, we will provide a customized quote based on the duration, date, location, and specific requirements of the event.

Booking Confirmation: To secure the booking, full payment of the total hire fee is required at the time of booking. The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Contract: A contract detailing the terms of service, including date, time, location, equipment, and services will be sent for review and signature.
3. Payment Terms:

Full Payment: 100% of the total hire fee must be paid at the time of booking. No deposit option is available.

Methods of Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or through our online portal.
4. Equipment and Services:

Types of Booths: We offer various types including traditional enclosed booths, open-air booths, and mirror booths. Each comes with professional camera equipment, high-quality prints, and customizable backgrounds.

Inclusions: Unlimited photo sessions, prints, guest book, props, setup and dismantling by our staff, and an online gallery of all photos taken during the event.

Customization: Clients can customize prints with logos, themes, or messages. Additional design fees might apply for complex customizations.
5. Venue Requirements:

Space: A minimum space of 3m x 3m is required for setup. Inform us of any space constraints early.

Power: A single standard 13-amp electrical outlet within 5 meters of the booth location.

Access: Ensure easy access for setup and breakdown, preferably close to an entrance or loading area.
6. Setup and Operation:

Setup Time: Setup requires approximately 1 to 2 hours before the event starts, depending on the booth type and complexity.

Operator: An attendant will be present to operate the booth, assist guests, and ensure smooth operation throughout the event.
7. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing. Given the full payment booking policy, refunds are not typically issued. However, if the cancellation occurs:

More than 12 weeks prior to the event: 50% refund less any processing fees.

Less than 12 weeks prior to the event: No refund will be provided.

8. Liability and Damage:

The client is responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by guests or venue conditions.

Metza Events holds public liability insurance but clients must indemnify us against theft or extreme damage.
9. Image Rights:

Photos taken belong to the guests who triggered the photo capture. However, Metza Events retains the right to use event photos for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Guests should be informed about this policy.
10. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or pandemics, Metza Events will attempt to reschedule or refund payments, less any processing fees, depending on circumstances.
